Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years (or configurable) of experience in backend application development. Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ and J2EE technologies. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot. Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and database design concepts. Experience with relational databases such as: Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL Proficiency with version control systems such as Git. Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
