Role Summary We are looking for a highly capable Sr. Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and modern database technologies. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities The primary responsibilities expected from the role are listed below. Frontend Development (Angular) Develop dynamic, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using Angular (version 10+). Build reusable UI components, modules, and services following best practices. Ensure performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs in a secure and efficient manner. Backend Development (Node.js) Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and associated frameworks (Express.js). Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms. Monitor and improve backend application performance, scalability, and reliability. Create robust logging, exception handling, and debugging workflows. Database Development Design and maintain efficient database schemas for SQL and/or NoSQL systems. Develop optimized queries, indexing strategies, and data processing workflows. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and security. Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to optimize data flows. SDLC, Collaboration & Delivery Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment). Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint ceremonies. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards. Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Angular 10+, JavaScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS. Node.js with Express.js or NestJS. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Knowledge on React is good to have. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proactiveness and ownership mindset. Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Quality, readability, and maintainability of code. Adherence to delivery timelines and sprint commitments. Performance and reliability of developed APIs and UI components. Contribution to code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration. Positive stakeholder feedback and successful feature releases. ##LI-DNI
