ADP is hiring a Vice President, Strategic Alliances. The Vice President, Strategic Alliances works with the DVP of Alliances to implement and execute the defined ADP alliance software strategy. Coach, manage and direct Alliance Directors responsible for building and managing our strategic Alliance partners. Establish metrics, quotas, and strategy to track performance and define expectations by Director and partner portfolio. Work with Executive teams and senior management internally and externally on all new Alliance and product/service initiatives. Assist in securing and growing partners and bringing them to market with defined expectations in a timely and successful manner, in order for the Alliance and channel sales to represent a growing and meaningful portion of ADP's overall business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and lead Alliance Directors responsible for building, creating and managing our strategic Alliance partners.
Meets or exceeds assigned quota for alliance generated business.
Work closely with internal senior management, GM's and BU leaders on evaluation and rollout of all appropriate new alliances.
Work on appropriate cross business unit initiatives that will enhance overall existing partner productivity within current partner ecosystem.
Provide appropriate on-going internal and external education and training on the alliance partner strategy, sales and alignment.
Work with cross BU strategy to educate on new areas of growth, disruption and opportunity.
Establish sales quotas and tracks performance of Directors.
Administers programs meant to drive and nurture existing channel relationships.
Provide competitive assessments, product or sales training, or pricing and contracting assistance to partners and our business to improve success.
Assist and collaborates with internal and external marketing, operations, product, legal and related departments in promoting the organization's products or services.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience

Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years of experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
Perform complex tasks.
Leads and directs the work of other employees.
Has full authority for personnel decisions and may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $116,300.00 - USD $231,400.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
