Job Description We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong UI and front-end engineering background to join our Employee Financial Solutions GPT organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who brings deep expertise in building modern, scalable, and intuitive web applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, and related front-end frameworks, while also contributing effectively across backend services and APIs. The role will help drive front-end architecture, AI-assisted engineering adoption, reusable platform standards, and end-to-end delivery of secure, high-quality enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams, contractors, and vendors across front-end and full stack delivery Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and high-quality web applications with strong emphasis on UI architecture, usability, performance, and maintainability Build and maintain reusable front-end components, shared libraries, design patterns, and platform standards across teams Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code across both front-end and backend layers Partner with product, UX, and backend engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable technical solutions Drive architecture and design decisions covering component design, state management, API integration patterns, reusable UI frameworks, performance optimization, and scalable front-end application structure Lead adoption of AI-driven front-end development practices to improve developer productivity, UI quality, test coverage, and release speed Define and govern best practices for using AI-assisted engineering tools in front-end workflows, including code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, accessibility improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting Establish validation standards for AI-assisted front-end outputs, including correctness, performance, security, maintainability, accessibility, peer review, and automated testing before production use Guide teams on modern front-end engineering best practices including responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, observability, client-side security, and performance tuning Review code, debug issues, and mentor engineers on coding standards, architectural decisions, testing strategies, and release quality across the stack Contribute to backend service development, API integration, and production support as needed to ensure end-to-end solution ownership Promote strong engineering discipline across the SDLC, including CI/CD automation, code quality checks, release readiness, and operational support Act as a subject matter expert in UI engineering and contribute to the broader engineering community through frameworks, tools, and development best practices Required Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including web application development, testing, and production support Strong expertise in front-end development using Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design for enterprise web applications Strong knowledge of component-based architecture, reusable UI patterns, state management, and scalable application structure Experience implementing front-end best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design, secure coding, and maintainability Experience working with modern front-end libraries, frameworks, and build tools in enterprise application environments Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted engineering tools for front-end development use cases such as code generation, refactoring, test acceleration, UI documentation, defect investigation, and developer productivity improvements Ability to def ##LI-DNIJob Description We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong UI and front-end engineering background to join our Employee Financial Solutions GPT organization.
