Review and validate insurance documents submitted with customer applications. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal guidelines and regulatory standards. Cross-verify submitted documents with application data for consistency and authenticity. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Knowledge of insurance documentation and compliance requirements Good understanding of audit/checklist-based processes Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination Ability to identify discrepancies and make informed decisions Time management and ability to work within deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems (CRM/workflow tools) ##LI-DNIPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Ownership mindset, making the customer top priority, curiosity and high ethical standards Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management Strong Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and AI Skills. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and judgement/decision-making ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution
