Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Data Integration Specialist / Integration Architect to design and deliver integrations across Workforce Management, HCM, and Payroll systems for enterprise and multinational clients. This role requires strong expertise in data flow design, integration architecture, and client engagement, with ownership of integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead client discussions to gather integration requirements across HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems Document integration-specific Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications Analyze and design end-to-end data flows between upstream and downstream systems Build and configure integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and standard interface designs to enable scalability Collaborate with functional, technical, and payroll teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformations Ensure robust error handling, validation, reconciliation, and data integrity across integrations Manage integration testing, UAT support, and validation cycles Support cutover, deployment, and post go-live stabilization Provide proactive communication to clients on integration status, risks, and resolution Required Skills: Strong experience in integration design for HCM, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems Mandatory client-facing experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction Strong understanding of data flows, file-based integrations, and real-time interfaces Experience with APIs, REST services, and web services Experience working on integration platforms such as Boomi or similar middleware Technical Expertise: Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) Knowledge of data formats: JSON, XML, flat files Exposure to SQL for data validation and troubleshooting Understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and logging mechanisms Domain & Product Experience: Experience integrating systems such as WorkForce Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Dayforce, or similar Strong understanding of interaction between HCM, Time, and Payroll systems Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Client-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability Proactive communication and risk identification Ability to work in a global, matrixed delivery environment High learning agility and ability to build reusable assets What Makes This Role Unique: Opportunity to design and lead integration architecture for global WFM programs High client exposure with enterprise-scale implementations Focus on building scalable integration frameworks and reusable assets Strong growth into Integration Architect / Technical Lead roles ##LI-DNI
