JOB PURPOSE:

In this newly created position, you will represent ADP's Lyric HCM solution. This solution is launching in the market and is poised to be a disruptive force. Built in the public cloud, leveraging low code technology, ADP developers have new tools to create a more dynamic and engaging HCM experience for our clients.

In this consultative overlay sales role, you will champion ADP's technology platform by articulating its value, competitive advantages, and business impact. Working in partnership with sales and service teams, you will identify high-potential opportunities, engage with customer stakeholders, and provide solution expertise throughout the buying journey. Your focus will be on influencing customer decisions, supporting account teams, and accelerating successful sales outcomes rather than carrying sole responsibility for direct sales ownership

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Partner with account teams to support large, complex sales opportunities across the full HCM portfolio.
Collaborate closely with business consultants to understand client requirements, assess solution fit, and develop tailored recommendations.
Identify, qualify, and help advance a pipeline of strategic opportunities in partnership with sales teams.
Utilise ADP's CRM platform to track opportunities, maintain visibility of pipeline activity, and support effective opportunity management.
Act as a subject matter expert for ADP Lyric HCM, delivering solution education, coaching, and enablement to field sellers and customer-facing teams.
Work alongside Product and Corporate Marketing teams to drive awareness, support demand generation initiatives, and contribute to new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across ADP, collaborating effectively to align resources, remove barriers, and achieve successful customer outcomes.
Serve as the voice of the customer by providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to the ADP Lyric HCM product team.
Support account teams throughout commercial negotiations, partnering with contract and legal teams to facilitate timely agreement execution.
Contribute to broader business initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Solution Specialist, Enterprise Sales, Sales Overlay, HR Technology Consultant, or similar customer-facing role within the HCM market.
Comfortable engaging with customers and prospects both virtually and in person, with the ability to travel as required. A full driving licence and right to work are required.
Native or fluent German language skills.
Modern Selling Skills – combine sales technology and AI-driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines & revenue
Demonstrated ability to influence and accelerate enterprise sales opportunities through solution expertise and executive engagement.
Experience partnering with quota-carrying sales teams to develop opportunity strategies, navigate complex buying cycles, and support successful commercial outcomes.
Strong presentation, discovery, demonstration, and business value articulation capabilities.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
