In this role, you will provide mentoring and support to new and existing associates to promote quicker, more accurate implementations, readiness and execution in all processes and procedures. Provide technical support to Implementation Executives by assisting with escalations, and other day-to-day tasks, as deemed appropriate. Develop and train associates and share performance feedback with Implementation Executives.

What you can expect on a typical day:
- Leadership and Associate Development: Assists in development of associates, including but not limited to interviewing, new hire orientation, training, mentoring, coaching, ongoing support, and performance management. Provides recommendations for associate talent development including assistance in establishing and overseeing individual development plans (IDPs). Helps facilitate and demonstrate product rollouts or system enhancements, creates specific booster training based on Team needs, and promotes ongoing product and process usage for accuracy and validation.
- Troubleshooting and Quality: Assists in managing and supporting client escalations until a positive resolution is reached. Provides first level support for technical and system issues for associates. Conducts and reviews audits to ensure quality and accuracy of work performed. Reviews required associate checklists for successful transition to service. Meets regularly and collaborates with other Team Leads to ensure consistency and standardization across the Implementation organization. Partners with ITLs for continuous awareness on upcoming solutions/releases impacting the Team. Participates in and supports product pilots in partnership with other functional areas.
- Feedback: Provides Implementation Executives with feedback on associate progression, account accuracy, and Team cohesion. Provides Implementation Technical Leads with feedback on process opportunities and changes.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience

- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
- Workforce Now knowledge/experience highly preferred for this role
- Payroll experience/expertise highly preferred for this role

- Human Resources Outsourcing Comprehensive Services experience/expertise highly preferred for this role
- Certifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Advanced Internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel)
- Superior client service skills (both verbal and written) and strong, active listening and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
- Capacity to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support
- Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, focused on achieving results
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
