Position Title: Manager HR Solutions and Partner Enablement
Reporting Line: General Manager, ANZ & Japan
Position Purpose: Responsible for strengthening ADP’s HR solutions capability across the ANZ market by combining practical HR domain expertise, partner enablement, and strong technology and automation. The role will help ensure that partner strategy, solution shaping, and client engagement are aligned with evolving workforce needs and the changing expectations of HR leaders.
The position will provide thought leadership on HR trends and market dynamics across ANZ translating these insights into actionable opportunities that support ADP's broader transformation agenda. Working closely with the Director, ANZ Operational Transformation and with the Directors of Implementation and Service, this role will help align HR expertise, ADP solutions, and partner capabilities to strengthen ADP's go-to-market proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen ADP’s partner enablement approach across HR solutions in the ANZ market
- Bring practical HR expertise into the business ensuring solution design, partner selection, and client engagements are informed by real workforce challenges and people priorities
- Contribute to reducing administrative complexity for clients, improving workforce insights and decision-making, and enabling HR teams to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives that drive business and talent outcomes
- Monitor and interpret HR market trends across ANZ to identify emerging client needs, evolving practitioner expectations, and solution opportunities
- Leverage HR market insights to shape ADP's go-to-market strategy, strengthen partner relationships, and enhance solution positioning
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure ADP’s HR- solutions remain relevant, credible, and commercially valuable to clients
- Apply a strong technology, automation, and AI lens to shape the development, positioning, and adoption of HR solutions across the market
- Help the business connect technology-enabled solutions to meaningful client outcomes, including reduce HR administration, enhanced workforce insights, and greater strategic impact from HR teams
- Contribute as a member of the ANZ Senior Leadership Team, providing market, solution, and client insights to inform strategic business decisions
- Partner closely with the Director, ANZ Operational Transformation to ensure HR market trends and partner capability inform and strengthen the broader transformation strategy
- Work closely with the Directors of Implementation and Service to align HR solutions, ADP products, and partner capabilities into a relevant, commercially effective, and market-ready offering for ANZ
- Support client-facing and internal teams with credible thought leadership on emerging HR trends, helping them understand where HR solutions are evolving and how ADP should respond effectively in the market
Experience:
- Strong experience in HR solutions, HR transformation, workforce technology, or related market-facing, consulting, or advisory roles with the ability to connect client needs, business outcomes, and technology-enabled solutions
- Practical HR practitioner credibility or deep experience partnering with HR leaders and functions
- Strong understanding of current HR market trends across ANZ, including technology, automation, AI, and evolving workforce expectations
- Experience working with partners, solution providers, or broader ecosystems to enhance market capability
- Ability to connect HR domain expertise with commercial priorities and market-facing solution opportunities
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with credibility and confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and confident discussing how automation, AI, and digital solutions can enhance HR effectiveness, and deliver better client outcomes
- Ability to translate market signals into practical business recommendations and actionable solution strategies
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance market relevance, client value, and practical execution considerations
Certifications / Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related discipline
