Responsible for direct, control and ensure smooth process of the Companys payroll and Final Settlements. Clearing and following up the No Dues for the Resigned Employees for closing the F&F on daily basis. Coordination with HR Department/Payroll Processing Team for getting the inputs on time i, e New Joiners, Resigned Employees Salary. Reviewing of Employee Related Benefits Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Notice Pay reimbursements, Joining Bonus, Performance Bonus, over Time and Incentives etc. through Pay Register. Data consistency check, payroll results (e.g. whether an employee received Shift allowances, Joining Bonus, Onetime Bonus, Beeper in the past payroll periods). Execute reports for individual employees, to check the bank details or payments and deductions for an employee. Independent Review of Payroll Changes/No dues inputs daily basis before sending the details to payroll team. Coordination with Payroll team for timely Payroll disbursements, compute payroll adjustments and reconcile of accounts. Initiating, processing, and reviewing of Full and Final Settlements. Responsible for inquiries and providing the data regarding all aspects of payroll, and other employee benefits. Reviewing of statutory procedures and practices PF, PT & ESI etc. Reconciliation of Pay sheets vs Bank file as and when required. Produce timely responses to employees inquiries. Review of employee investment proofs declaration and processing - through the payroll team. Preparing the Payroll calendar and sending to all the stake holders for sharing the inputs in time. Work closely with the team on closing the pending issues on priority. Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law. Finance Service Desk Tickets Close. Prepare Salary TDS Returns quarterly Issue the Form 16 Work on Actuarial Valuations Ind AS and US GAAP ##LI-DNIExcellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills, Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, Superior Computer and Typing Skills, Data Entry, Good Verbal Communication with Employees, Capable of Working with Minimal Supervision, Honesty, Record-Keeping Skills, Follows Instructions Well, Competent with Spreadsheets, Familiar with Payroll Software, Basic Understanding of Tax Procedures, Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions, Multi-Tasking Abilities, Ability to Work on a Deadline, Sound Decision-making Skills.
