Implementation Academy - ADP
We are looking for motivated and curious graduates to join our Implementation Team as Interns.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the implementation of ADP solutions and services for our clients. Working alongside experienced consultants and project teams, you will contribute to different phases of implementation projects, developing knowledge of project management methodologies, client engagement, business processes, and technical solution deployment.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of activities across the implementation lifecycle, including project coordination, solution configuration, testing, data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and are interested in building a career at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation team in the planning, coordination, and execution of client implementation projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project status reviews.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements and business needs.
- Support solution configuration, testing, and validation activities.
- Assist with data preparation, data migration, and data quality checks where applicable.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and training materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and client experience.
- Develop knowledge of ADP solutions, implementation methodologies, and HR processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management Engineering, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Project Management, Technology, Consulting, or Client Services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English
