Implementation Specialist
Role:
- responsible for implementation from kick off to go-live and hyper care
- works closely with clients by participating on project meetings to understand their needs and goals
- manage project requirements, timeline and alignment on key objectives
- supports ADP Global Team and ICP with delivering tasks through project lifecycle
- direct day-to-day coordination of tasks within matrixed organization and 3rd parties
- ensures implementation meets ADP standard processes and mitigate potential gaps
- accountable for driving closure of all escalated issues, either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders
Requirements:
- excellent in communication and coordination skills in both – English and Czech/Slovak language
- experience with Project Management ideally with international stakeholders
- strong focus on client service
- structured and analytical mindset written and spoken
- understanding of payroll process, systems and ADP standards is a plus
- ability to establish and retain positive relationship with clients and project participants manage multiple simultaneous implementations with various clients
