ADP is hiring a Field Marketing Manager – Iberia, South Africa & Southern Europe Lead

In this role, you will support sales revenue growth across Spain, Portugal, South Africa, and, with the support of the local Field Marketing Manager, Italy through the development and execution of a well-balanced marketing plan focused on acquiring new logos and increasing market share. Your primary focus will be lead generation, while also supporting local marketing activations and providing event management support for activities such as trade shows, lunch & learns, webinars, and other demand generation initiatives.
You will act as a marketing advisor to Southern Europe General Managers and DVPs, ensuring that marketing plans support both regional business objectives and key ESI business drivers. Working closely with sales, enablement, country leadership, product marketing, communications, and external partners, you will create and execute programs that deliver measurable business impact across the region.
Daily, you will develop marketing plans, drive integrated campaigns, support local demand creation activities, manage budgets, and measure program performance. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives while helping strengthen ADP's market presence throughout the region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
• Understand the Market. Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape, ADP's unique capabilities, market challenges, target segments, buyer personas, ADP value propositions, and customer pain points.
• Support Market Positioning. Identify competitor strategies and help ensure ADP maintains a compelling and differentiated position in the market.
• Develop Regional Marketing Plans. Create marketing plans aligned with ESI strategy while addressing local country needs and business priorities.
• Drive Integrated Marketing Campaigns. Execute marketing initiatives that support growth by leveraging global and regional resources and creating market-relevant programs where needed.
• Partner with Sales and Business Leaders. Collaborate with sales, enablement, and country management teams to establish shared objectives, coordinated activities, and clear measures of success.
• Support Marketing Communications. Communicate and educate sales teams on global, regional, and local marketing programs and activities.
• Collaborate Across Marketing Functions. Work with product marketing teams to develop content, tools, training, and programs that support local products and campaigns.
• Support Brand Building Activities. Partner with the ESI public relations team and local PR vendors to support coverage, customer stories, and brand-building initiatives.
• Manage Marketing Investments. Oversee budgets allocated for growth initiatives and ensure effective use of marketing resources.
• Measure Program Effectiveness. Forecast, analyze, measure, and report on marketing activity performance and return on investment.
• Support Demand Generation Events. Evaluate, select, and manage physical and virtual event vendors supporting local demand creation activities.
• Enable Account-Based Selling. Develop and implement target account strategies in partnership with sales teams.
• Localize Marketing Content. Adapt global marketing assets for local markets, develop client case studies, sales collateral, and supporting marketing tools.
• Enhance Localization Quality. Review translations and marketing assets to support effective localization.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
• Experience collaborating with sales, enablement, country management, product marketing, communications, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives across different markets and stakeholders.
• Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing program performance and ROI.
• Ability to manage budgets and external suppliers supporting marketing activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and engage key stakeholders.
