In this role, you will drive and evolve ADP’s global Client Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform, driving its strategy, adoption, and value across all regions. You are part of an international team, located across the globe. You will define how identity, authentication, and access operate at scale for millions of users, ensuring a secure, seamless, and consistent experience across ADP’s product ecosystem. You will ensure the platform supports diverse business contexts—including payroll, HR, workforce management, and mobile use cases—while adapting to regional and regulatory differences.
No two days are the same. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, platform architecture, and business alignment. Working closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will define platform capabilities, shape authentication flows, and prioritize investments that maximize adoption and impact. You will balance long-term platform vision with near-term execution, ensuring the CIAM platform evolves to meet the needs of multiple business units, regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC), and millions of end users.
To thrive in this role, you bring deep expertise in Identity & Access Management combined with strong product management experience. You are comfortable making decisions on authentication flows and platform design, while translating complex technical and security concepts into clear business value. You are highly analytical, able to navigate diverse stakeholder environments, and skilled at building alignment across products, markets, and cultures. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Lead Product Manager – AIM at ADP:
- Drive the platform strategy.Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and value proposition of ADP’s global CIAM platform for the EMEA, LATAM and APAC space.
- Drive adoption and value.Ensure the platform delivers measurable outcomes for Business Units and end users, increasing adoption across ADP products.
- Shape identity and access capabilities.With your teams, define and guide scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Partner with architecture & engineering.Collaborate to influence system design, authentication flows, and long-term platform evolution.
- Translate business complexity.Synthesize diverse requirements across payroll, HR, workforce management, and regional needs into cohesive platform capabilities.
- Align global stakeholders.Build alignment across regions, product teams, and functions with varying priorities, maturity levels, and regulatory contexts.
- Balance strategy and execution.Drive priorities and trade-offs to ensure delivery supports long-term platform goals and user value.
- Communicate with impact.Clearly articulate platform strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You’ll have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
- Experience. You have5–8 years of relevant experience, including:
- Product Manager or Product Owner roles
- Working on complex, global platform or transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in Access & Identity Management (IAM / CIAM), including:
- Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Authentication and authorization flows
- API-based identity integrations
- User lifecycle and identity management
- Proven experience owning or contributing toglobalplatform products, with a focus on adoption and value delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate diverse business models (e.g. HR, payroll, workforce management) into platform requirements.
- Ability to influence across a matrix organization and build alignment without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics.
- Experience working inAgile / SAFe environments.
- Sensitivity to regional, cultural, and regulatory differences when building global platforms.
