Descripción
Responsabilidades Essenciais:
- Fornecer suporte à solução SAP Time Management para clientes Global View por meio da resposta a chamados
- Entender as solicitações de suporte e todos os requisitos coletados junto aos clientes para a resolução dos chamados
- Documentar e prover evidências de teste da resolução do chamado para obtenção da aprovação dos clientes
- Aplicar o conhecimento de RH e time management e as competências necessárias para atendimento dos chamados com qualidade
- Manter-se atualizado sobre o Template ADP GlobalView e garantir que o Template seja seguido para cada demanda de suporte
REQUISITOS
- Formação superior completa
- Experiência em SAP Time Management em suporte ou projetos de implantação
- Inglês para leitura e escrita
- Habilidade de análise entre demanda de negócio e correspondente parametrização/configuração na solução
- Habilidade de relacionamento durante os atendimentos aos clientes e parceiros internos da ADP Global View
