Job Summary We are seeking a skilled AWS Integration Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. This role focuses on building APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native integrations using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, hands-on AWS experience, and a solid understanding of integration patterns and data processing. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Integration Development Design, develop, and deploy AWS-based integration solutions and connectors Build/consume scalable RESTful APIs and data pipelines for system-to-system integrations Ensure integrations adhere to standardized architecture patterns and guidelines Develop reusable connectors and templates to enable scalable and efficient delivery Write complex SQL queries to support data processing and analysis Develop lightweight front-end components (where required) using React Build dashboards or configuration interfaces for integration monitoring and management Quality, Performance & Support Ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality data exchange across platforms Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution Participate in design discussions and align solutions with business requirements Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and client stakeholders Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions Plan and coordinate project activities to meet delivery timelines Contribute to integration standards, frameworks, and best practices ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong experience in Python (API development, automation, data processing) Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions) Familiarity with React.js And CSS component for front-end development Strong proficiency in SQL and complex query writing Integration & Architecture Strong understanding of: oJSON and XML data formats oAPI authentication (OAuth, tokens) oEvent-driven architecture Experience with system integrations (HR, Payroll, ERP, or SaaS platforms preferred) Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation Experience with file-based and API-based integrations Tools & Practices Experience with Bitbucket, Git, and Postman Understanding of unit testing, release management, and change management ________________________________________ Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders) Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Highly organized and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience in payroll or HR domain integrations Exposure to ADP systems or payroll workflows AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory) ________________________________________ Education Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) ##LI-DNI
