Project Advisor – Enhanced Time / ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team.
ADP is hiring a Project Advisor for the Enhanced Time / ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team.
This role is a strong opportunity for an internal candidate who wants to grow within Professional Services while taking on complex, high-visibility project work.
The team supports a broad range of fee-based work across Enhanced Time and ADP Workforce Manager, with continued expansion tied to Enterprise Market demand and, over time, support for Workforce Suite. It is a role for someone who enjoys solving client problems, partnering across teams, and applying deep product knowledge in ways that directly influence delivery quality and client outcomes.

In this position, you will provide technical and consultative support for fee-based project work and partner across Service, Implementation, and Professional Services to deliver solutions that meet client needs and timelines. You will support a wide range of project types including standardizations, mergers, spins, module revamps, system reconfigurations, and advanced troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Lead project delivery
- Manage multiple client projects at the same time
- Scope work and create detailed statements of work, timelines, fees, and milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to support on-time delivery
- Track project hours accurately throughout the project lifecycle and complete project closeout activities
Serve as a subject matter expert
- Apply product and industry knowledge to optimize system configurations, reconfigurations, and upgrades
- Configure software solutions to meet client requirements and business needs
- Customize system features and functionality based on client requests
- Ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems and processes
Support a broad range of project types

Drive client satisfaction
- Build strong working relationships with clients through responsive, solution-oriented support
- Conduct needs assessments and gather project requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates and address risks or concerns early
Ensure quality
- Perform detailed testing to confirm that solutions meet functional and performance expectations
- Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project reviews and apply feedback to strengthen future delivery
Collaborate across teams
- Partner closely with associates across Sales, Implementation, Service, and Professional Services
- Share input on process improvement and product enhancement opportunities
- Coach or support service and implementation partners when needed
- Serve as an escalation point on complex project work
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of ADP Client Services experience, or equivalent external experience, supporting Enhanced Time, Enterprise eTime, and ADP Workforce Manager products and related modules required.
- 2–3 years of project management experience, with proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal partners and external clients.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above OR

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have one or more of the following:
- College degree preferred.
- Advanced project management skills, including experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Workforce Suite.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with technical system configurations, integrations, or related support environments.
- Flexibility to support partners and clients across multiple time zones.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $26.68 - USD $49.86 / Hour*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
