ADP is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Services!

  • Are you ready to grow your career and lead a team at an established, respected, implementation organization?
  • Are you empathic to client needs, the people you lead, and internal partners to drive success?
  • Are you looking for an inclusive environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?

If so, this may be an opportunity for you. Read on and decide for yourself.

In this role, you will lead a distributed team of approximately 13 - 15 associates responsible for delivering specialized Additional Controls implementations and project services for Up Market clients. This team supports a business area that generated more than $6.5M in revenue last fiscal year and plays a critical role in enhancing the client experience through innovative solutions and exceptional execution.

As the Senior Manager, Project Services, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic partnership to drive business results. You will develop a high-performing team, optimize workflows and backlog management practices, and collaborate across ADP to improve scalability, client outcomes, and operational effectiveness. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence a growing service offering while helping shape the future of implementation delivery within Comprehensive Services.

To thrive in this role, you are a people-first leader who excels in complex, fast-paced environments. You have a passion for developing talent, building strong partnerships, and driving accountability through clear expectations and coaching. You are equally comfortable navigating operational challenges, making business decisions using data and insights, and leading teams through change. Most importantly, you know how to create an environment where associates are engaged, clients receive exceptional service, and business results follow.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Be a Leader. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for a geographically dispersed team supporting complex client implementations and project work. You will establish priorities, remove barriers, optimize team performance, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll partner across functions to drive alignment, solve business challenges, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Mentor and Train. You will inspire, coach, and develop future leaders while fostering a culture centered on growth, inclusion, and high performance. Through intentional talent development, succession planning, and career conversations, you'll help associates reach their full potential while building a strong and resilient organization.

Drive Client and Business Success. You will oversee a portfolio of complex client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence through ADP's client-centric implementation approach. Acting as a trusted partner to Client Success, Product, Sales, and Service leaders, you will help shape solutions, resolve challenges, and drive successful client outcomes while supporting broader business objectives.

Flex and Adapt. You thrive in a structured environment where you set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You're a problem solver who can find an answer, or a solution, for time-sensitive issues and meet deadlines. You take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.
