What You'll Do
As a CPA Centric District Manager, you'll build and grow relationships within the CPA community while generating new business opportunities for ADP's Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow partnerships with CPA firms to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect, engage, and re-activate CPA partners within your territory.
- Leverage networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting to drive sales growth.
- Become a trusted advisor to CPA firms and business owners by understanding their business challenges and aligning ADP solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through implementation.
- Execute a territory business plan and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Represent ADP at CPA events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize territory performance and client success.

What You'll Bring
Required
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- High school diploma
- Proven success in generating new business through prospecting and relationship building.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred
- Experience selling through partner or referral channels.
- CPA, financial services, SaaS, HCM, payroll, HR, or technology sales experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is CAD $63,500.00 - CAD $113,500.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
