In this role, you will work alongside a talented team of architects, developers, and business partners to deliver common experiences which allow for re-usability and consistency across the product portfolio. You will partner with Stakeholders and the Business Partners to prioritize and define business challenges while leading the development and delivery of common experiences and services. This role requires strong program management expertise, a focus on agile solution development, and the ability to define and measure value through KPIs and ROI. While this role does not have direct reports, you will lead a cross-functional technical team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- You'll start each day with your team to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. Throughout the day, you'll lead meetings to organize and drive alignment on your roadmap.
- Research & Requirements. You'll own the design and execution of common experiences projects. You'll document and prioritize features while conducting quantitative and qualitative business analysis and market research to ensure your solutions drive measurable value.
- You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the delivery process. You'll collaborate across technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Value Measurement. You'll define and measure success by crafting KPIs & ROI to evaluate the impact of your products and services. You'll track and report outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Roadmaps. You'll build and maintain 6-12-month strategic team roadmaps, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and driving the successful delivery of common experience solutions.
- You'll translate technical project details into business-friendly insights and present them to leadership and non-technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent
- You have 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile product or solution development teams in Product Management or Consulting roles
- You’ll be proficient in business applications, authorization, rules engines, and the like, with knowledge in machine learning, and integrating AI wisely in products.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large, complex data and business problems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Scrum Master or Product Management Certification
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Change management and large-scale transformation experience
- Risk, Insurance, or HCM industry experience
- B2B experience

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $93,400.00 - USD $230,000.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
