ADP is hiring a Learning Design & Delivery Specialist.
In this role, you will use your instructional design knowledge to design ADP product applications, processes, and soft skills training for our clients and new Service and Implementation associates. You will leverage your facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning.
You will spend part of your time interacting with subject matter experts and building training content. For the other part, you will create training plans, prepare classrooms, facilitate learning programs, and track learner progress. You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to help you be successful in this versatile L&D role. You will work across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques. To thrive in the role, you should have 3+ years of experience in instructional design, as well as 3+ years in technical/product application training facilitation. Familiarity with designing or delivering Human Capital Management (HCM) content, such as payroll, time, benefits, or talent, is a plus. You have worked independently to design and deliver sound training in various modalities, i.e., self-paced, virtual, and in-person instructor-led, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. You take the same approach to business process improvement to improve ADP learning design and delivery standards and drive the adoption of those standards. You maintain an outside-in perspective by building and maintaining peer networks inside and outside ADP.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having 3+ years of experience in instructional design, as well as 3+ years in training facilitation. Preferably, this includes experience designing or delivering HCM content and/or product application training.
You will have experience using eLearning tools, such as Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia. You will have mastered using virtual classroom delivery tools, such as Webex. You will possess the technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
Other things that will set you apart:
- You will have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP HCM platforms, such as ADP Workforce Now and RUN.
- Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos)
- Experience with simple Graphic Design
- Experience using various facilitation techniques, both in-person and virtually
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Workforce Now experience highly preferred
- NextGen experience highly preferred
- ADP Service and/or Implementation experience highly preferred
- Experience working in agile, project-driven, or matrixed organizations
- Experience managing multiple projects or deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, timelines, and business needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress, manage deadlines, and follow through on commitments

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
