WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Join a scrum team of talented software engineers and assist with providing technical and software solutions that meet operational and functional requirements.
Employ development best practices, standards, architecture.
Contribute to product innovation by leveraging latest software trends.
Support end-to-end solutions to ensure internal ADP applications are well documented, properly scaled, and tested to effectively serve our customers.
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with different teams to determine root cause and recommend resolution.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years of Java/JEE Programming.
Minimum 2+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot.
Experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL).
Minimum 2+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices.
Ability to communicate effectively within an Agile software development team.
Exposure to software development best practices, security concerns, testing and deployment strategies.
Experience with unit testing frameworks.
Experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate coding, test generation, and code review, with the ability to critically evaluate and secure AI-generated output.

HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:

Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful).
Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: Angular or ReactJS.
Experience with agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC).
Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3).

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,900.00 - USD $147,500.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
