This role is for a Process Improvement Manager that will play a key role in optimizing our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, demonstrating expertise in implementing and leading process improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements
– Utilize Six Sigma methodologies and tools to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions for process inefficiencies
– Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and mentoring to team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles
– Serve as the deploy sponsor for our Green Belt Six Sigma participants
– Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure and monitor process performance, ensuring alignment with ADP’s goals
– Conduct regular process audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and insights for process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Black Belt Six Sigma certified is required
– At least 3 years of experience in process improvement roles, with a proven track record of successfully lead and implemented initiatives
– Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive informed decision-making
– Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
