The PSN (Pre-Screening Notice) Associate is responsible for processing and validating applicant screening records for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. This role reviews applicant documentation, verifies required information, researches and corrects data discrepancies, prepares state-specific submission files, and submits records to state workforce agencies within required deadlines. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards. ##LI-DNIReview daily and priority work queues to identify records requiring processing and submission. Validate applicant and employer information contained in WOTC documentation, including IRS Form 8850 and ETA Form 9061. Ensure required signatures, dates, wage information, position data, employer information, and supporting documentation are complete and compliant prior to submission. Research and resolve missing or inaccurate information within internal systems and supporting documents. Use company systems to review applicant records, update information, and maintain accurate case statuses. Generate and process state-specific submission files according to agency requirements. Monitor priority submissions and ensure records approaching regulatory deadlines are processed timely. Identify documentation deficiencies and work with internal teams to obtain corrections or supporting records. Audit records for accuracy and completeness to support successful state certification outcomes. Follow federal, state, and company compliance requirements governing WOTC submissions. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics while managing assigned states or workloads. Assist with processing records received through various channels, including web submissions, IVR screenings, email, mail, and scanned documents.
