Global Payroll SRE SRE is responsible for providing both systems and application administration to ensure the stable installation and operation of SAP systems and components running on Linux and Windows operating systems, for both multinational clients and internal users within Global view & CSL in the Asia-Pacific, Europe and Americas regions. Job Profile This role would be a team player who will be the SAP BASIS Administrator in the SAP Landscape and applications for the ongoing implementations and production systems for both internal ADP Users and Client Users. As a Basis Specialist, we should have the ability to multi-task while working under pressure and is expected to be flexible to provide after-hours support on need basis to work in regular rotational shifts (includes night shift). This role requires frequently interfacing with functional and project teams and ensures clients experience World Class Service when engaged. Principal Responsibilities B.Tech CS/IT graduate preferred with 4-5 years of experience SAP NetWeaver Administration (SAP Basis) Troubleshoot all levels of complex issues (Highly complex, complex, medium & Simple) and implement ideas to be faster & avoid recurring inflow of issues. Deliver effective client communications and ticket management/resolution via CRM / Email. Adhere to standards, processes, procedure and audit compliance controls Ability to effectively estimate and escalate issues timely. Flexible working in rotation shifts (Logins: 07:00 AM / 01:00PM / 10:00 PM ) and weekends as well in a 24x7 environment. Skills and Experience 4-5 years of SAP Basis experience in a Complex/Large systems Landscape. Experience in Portal Administration and performance tuning. Experience in HRSP/STACK/EHP upgrades. Experience in Kernel upgrades in Unix Environment. Troubleshooting skills in System Performance issues. Good Analytical skills in support issues. Strong Experience in HANA/Oracle-Database. Strong Experience in recovering / restoring Oracle-Database. Experience in analyzing Portal runtime exceptions and troubleshooting Portal issues Support, operate, and maintain a Portal infrastructure availability for ECC, HR functions like ESS, MSS, BI and featuring SSO. Specialized in ESS/MSS configuration including SAP Business Workflows, HCM Process & Guided Procedures for Enterprise Portal. Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution. Exposure to supplemental technologies such SAP Web Dispatchers, Apache Servers, and Security configuration. Experience in Solution Manager Configurations. Strong working knowledge in UNIX /Linux and Windows operating system platforms. Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion / Migration or SAP HANA DB administration. SAP HANA Database Administration Using SAP HANA DB Studio & Cockpit. Monitoring HANA Database errors. SAP HANA Database performance fine-tuning and Optimization. Implementing SAP HANA Table management techniques - data compression, table partition, compression techniques, and load/unload table into memory. Restoring and Recovering SAP HANA database. Hands on experience in setting up HA & DR for HANA. Additional Skillset Good knowledge and understanding of Single Sign-ON Technologies, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. will be a big plus. Good Knowledge and understanding of AWS and AI tools. Good Knowledge and hands on in DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Git Bucket will be added advantage. Certification in HANA 2.0 will be added advantage. ##LI-DNI
