ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Strategic Carrier Relations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing against ADP National Account's Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to National Account’s Benefits clients with Carrier integrations.
You will make your mark by successfully driving strategic and transformational partnerships with key benefit carriers and brokers focused on API integration with ADP National Account platforms. Your industry expertise and customer focus will be instrumental in driving acquisition of new carrier partnerships and to grow and retain existing partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management. You are an expert in your field and leverage data to drive new opportunities for effective partnerships. You are passionate about delivering new and innovative solutions to markets that delight our carriers and mutual clients by enabling seamless integrations and digital experiences with ADP products and services.

What you’ll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Drive Strategic Relationships.You will leverage your industry expertise to build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with benefits carriers and support their successful onboarding and integration. You will evaluate, implement, and communicate strategies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and deliver seamless integration with the highest quality.
- Improve the Client Experience.You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the benefit carrier integration process with a focus on modern API technology and enhanced digital experiences across our platforms. You will lead with a solution-oriented and innovative approach to incorporate new technology, methodologies, and/or processes through the lens of increasing productivity, efficiency, quality, and improved client experiences.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 5-7 years’ of directly related experience in a client service and/ or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/ Insurance Product development and management where you had direct interaction with Clients and/or external Partners.
- Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
- Highly collaborative with a partner mindset.
- Experience developing insightful business cases and advanced models to support decision making and inform sales and service strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.
- Comfortable working closely with Senior Level Executives across the organization.
- Strong presentation skills – must be able to develop materials and present to Senior Level Executives.
- Experience performing data analysis as input to ROI development.

- Process re-engineering, project, and/ or program management experience.

- In-depth business and/or product knowledge of APIs, digital experience, enrollment platforms, and decision support.
- Experience at a large Insurance Carrier and/or National Benefit Broker a plus
- Creative Thinking -- collaborates with carriers and associates to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analytics -- develops business cases and advanced models to support decision making and mines key insights from large data sets to inform sales and service strategies.
- Develops training, carrier, and executive presentations.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.
- Ability to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment and identify and recommend opportunities for improving operations to be scalable.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $99,600.00 - USD $185,800.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
