Responsible for Research of queries relating to Compliance Domain Interact with Authorized Contacts(Inter Teams) in a friendly and courteous manner Maintain professionalism and etiquette driven Should be a quick learner and Follow-up on queries and provide timely resolution Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks Avoid unplanned absenteeism Fulfill requests by completing transactions and forwarding requests Ownership & Accountability on open cases that you are working with clients Provide timely and accurate resolution to avoid rework Maintain Quality and Productivity benchmarks Adhere to schedules Login beyond scheduled hours to support business during peak volume days/months Be Flexible for Adhoc trainings on regulatory and operational changes as needed ##LI-DNI3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Banking or Audit related work. Prefer 401K experience Fresher- Commerce Graduate Excellent verbal & written communication skills Should be proficient in dealing with US customers and clients Strong literary comprehension capability Applicant should be flexible shifts working in US time zones( 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) Good interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem solving Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization
