The Knowledge Management Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in knowledge management, documentation, training, communications, and user enablement. As a key member of the Value Management Office, the role supports Global Payroll Implementation by developing and maintaining knowledge assets, driving adoption of processes and tools, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with stakeholders to create accurate, concise, and user-focused content and knowledge resources that support business operations, enhance collaboration, and enable effective knowledge sharing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Knowledge Assets and Documentation – Develop, maintain, and enhance project documentation, methodology handbooks, templates, guides, and other knowledge management assets.
- Apply knowledge management standards and best practices to ensure content is consistent, accessible, reusable, and aligned to business needs.
- Administer Knowledge Management Platforms – Manage and support SharePoint sites, knowledge repositories, and collaboration platforms, including content organization, site maintenance, user support, and governance activities.
- Drive Training, Adoption, and Communications – Create training materials, quick reference guides, instructional videos, and communication content to support user adoption of processes, tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Support change management activities for new initiatives and process improvements.
- Support Customer Satisfaction Survey Administration – Administer and support the Customer Satisfaction Survey process in accordance with established procedures.
- Contribute to Transformation and Continuous Improvement – Participate in transformation and Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives to improve processes, knowledge sharing, and operational effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification or formal training in Knowledge Management, Content Management, Change Management, or Learning Development is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in knowledge management, documentation, content management, training, communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing documentation repositories and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with SharePoint administration preferred.
- Experience supporting business transformation, communications, or change initiatives is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge assets.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of change management principles and communication practices.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to support content creation and everyday business activities.
