As a Marketing Operations Consultant supporting the Creative Team, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, web, advertising, and social media. You will serve as a central point of communication between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will oversee project workflows using Asana, monitor team capacity, and help optimize resource allocation across creative initiatives. Success requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and creative assets.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate marketing and creative projects across digital, social, web, advertising, and other marketing channels.
- Build and manage project plans in Asana, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned to project goals.
- Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the Creative Marketing Team and project stakeholders by providing updates, gathering requirements, and resolving issues.
- Monitor team workloads, forecast resource capacity, and identify potential risks that may impact deadlines or deliverables.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage project execution and production processes.
- Track project progress, provide status reporting, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 1 to 3 years of experience supporting marketing, creative, advertising, digital agency, or in-house creative teams.
- Ability to work in our Livonia, MI office 3 days per week.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Asana and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a highly collaborative environment
A college degree in marketing, communications, or related field is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

THINGS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Experience working in a digital agency, advertising agency, media organization, or corporate marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, interactive design, and marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify solutions, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
