This isn’t a role for someone who just checks boxes—it’s for a forward-thinking, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an impact.
You’ll bring a sharp analytical mind, a strong grasp of financial and operational drivers, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. We need someone who is proactive, flexible, and ready to step beyond the numbers—helping to influence decisions, improve processes, and support our leaders in driving business results.

- Performance Reporting: Lead the creation of clear, impactful reporting that helps Sales Leadership assess results and take action.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance financial reporting and business processes.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or other designation an asset).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you can connect the dots between financials and business performance.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to dig deep into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Highly organized and comfortable working under tight timelines with shifting priorities.
- Self-starter with initiative—driven, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent communicator who can explain complex issues in a clear, business-friendly way and build strong relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using tools such as Tableau or other data visualization/data mining platforms.
Why join us: At ADP, you’ll be more than just an analyst—you’ll be a business partner. You’ll have the chance to influence strategy, challenge the status quo, and help us achieve ambitious goals. If you’re looking for a role that demands both brainpower and initiative—and you’re excited by the idea of making a measurable impact—this could be the opportunity for you.
