Main Responsibilities
及时准确处理并完成客户薪资、个人所得税及社保相关业务;
紧密协调公司各部门资源,及时处理并完成业务流程
维护客户关系/提高客户满意度
解答客户薪资、个人所得税及社保咨询,协助客户办理相关业务
维护客户服务操作手册及业务流程文档
参与系统升级或新功能测试
Qualifications & Experience
本科或以上学位
优秀服务意识,服务行业优先
良好的数据处理技能,注重细节
具备人力资源管理经验,侧重薪酬模块者优先
良好的英文书写及口语能力
具备团队合作精神,有较好的沟通能力
具备较好的计算机应用技能(Excel, Word和PPT)
