Job Summary: We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) implementations for enterprise clients. This is a 100% client-facing role aligned to US EST time zone, combining responsibilities across functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration. The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM Implementation and migration projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions. Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution Manage project timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting Define and manage RACI matrix and escalation frameworks Track project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors. Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS and payroll systems. Design and execute test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and parallel runs Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption. Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Stay current with HCM technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms. Required Skills: 38 years of experience in HCM systems, with exposure to Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules. Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making. Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance. Solid understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements. Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to transition to new platforms and work in US shifts.
