ADP is looking for energetic and motivated talents to join our world-class team of payroll professionals. If you are focused on languages and have passion for Economics or work with data, ADP is the right choice! As we teach you, how to work with SAP HR module, you get to develop your knowledge of payroll and related legislation in the countries where your clients are. You will be working in our modern office in a new business centre in Prague – Karlin. ADP will provide
learning and development programs, supervised by our own team of experts and coaches that takes between 3 to 6 months before you start working independently. As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payrolls for ADP’s clients. This role ensures that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits, stock and pension record keeping). You will be responsible for performing on-going as well as quarter-end and year-end audits while managing the system process cycle. Your duties include direct customer service interactions via phone and email exchange. A passion for service excellence as well as effective teamwork traits will help ensure your success.
Who are we looking for?
Our requirement is that you are an extremely proactive and professional individual, with experience in Shared Service Centre environment (client services, financial department, reporting, etc.). You will pride yourself on your excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak fluently in French, your ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and your advanced knowledge of Excel. You will be a team player, have good analytical skills, and be deadline focused and capable of multi-tasking. In ADP we have 34 nationalities in the centre with 18 languages spoken! You should have at least 2 years of accountability or country payroll experience and the ability to execute payroll controls. SAP HR Payroll user is a plus.
