ADP’s GlobalView® HCM gives clients a comprehensive, integrated approach to managing clients’ critical global workforce information and processes including key HR data, payroll, hiring, compensation, performance and workforce planning. Our team provides the ubiquity required to manage global employee populations in a consistent manner with local expertise to assist in meeting in-country payroll, compliance and cultural requirements.

To qualify for GlobalView, you should:

  • Speak in fluent Mandarin and English, or be fluent in Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Thai
  • Have compensation, payroll, or HRIS relevant working experience
  • Have strong passion to learn something new
