ADP RPO is hiring a highly effective Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to join our team on the ground in London, supporting a top financial services client. 

The Role:

Providing day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and administrative support to the ADP RPO Recruitment Team and to a top tier financial services client.

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Ambitious with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment
  • Managing client and candidate communication
  • Scheduling meetings, events, and interviews, often coordinating multiple locations and participants
  • Preparing offer and employment documentation
  • Managing background check processes with an external vendor including leading weekly conference call
  • Candidate on-boarding
  • Candidate and activity tracking and ad hoc reporting
  • Process development and improvement
  • Other administrative support as assigned
  • Events
    • Coordinate internal diversity events and sessions
    • Set up briefings for senior leaders for keynote speeches for internal and external events
    • Liaise with external organisations on hosting events onsite at GS
    • Liaise with the Executive Office on approvals for
      • Speakers
      • EMEA communications
    • Provide guidance to networks during Heritage and History months on:
      • Budget allocation
      • EMEA communications
      • Approvals process for speakers and invoices
  • Programs
    • Oversee diversity sponsorship and coaching programs
      • Note taking at roundtable meetings
      • Coordinating HCM meetings with managers and sponsors
      • Coordinate the training, orientation and reception events
      • Updating the participant tracking tool (changes in managers, maternity etc)
      • Work with the HCM Automation team on creating an efficient communications platform
  • AOB
    • Coordinating itinerary for Global CDO when visiting the EMEA offices
    • Invoice processing
    • Overseeing the budget for EMEA D&I and their networks
    • Webpage editing
    • Updating the network toolkit
    • Set up for new starters on the team
    • General FAQ for networks

 The Impact:

This is a critical function within the ADP RPO team and will involve exposure to a wide range of both client and ADP RPO stakeholders at all levels. It is a highly interactive role that demands strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisation.

 Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in diversity and inclusion 
  • Experience in administrative or organisational role
  • Experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage
  • High degree of flexibility, motivation, and drive
  • Very strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Good IT skills including high level of proficiency with Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations in a professional & customer focused manner
