Role objective:
As a member of ADP Celergo/Streamline Global Payroll Network organization, this position is part of the Platform Management Team, and its main objective is to assist ADP Partners and In-Country Providers (ICPs) with the technical deployment of ADP Celergo /Streamline key products (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal)
The Partner Integration Engineer main mission is to ensure Partner Network´s effective, accurate and timely actions to adopt and comply with technical/ Product new ADP Celergo/Streamline requirements in close relationship with the regional teams managing executive relations and operational delivery of ADP’s Partner Network.
Responsibilities :
Integration Configuration and Support
- To successfully drive and manage all related aspects of Partner´s technical integration/adoption of ADP Product/s (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal) and impacts to internal and external parties (ADP Partners / ICPs)
- Understands base application in order to suggest options to implement ADP requirements
- Seeks out opportunities to leverage best practices to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
- Understands when delivered tools are not able to meet Partner requirements, and recommends partners how to adapt to use delivered tools
- Collaborates internally to resolve and respond to Partner inquiries or issues on ADP Product (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal).
- Ability to influence and guide Partners to ADP best practice and standard solution adoption of ADP products.
- Ensures that all technical Onboarding outstanding items are resolved timely and/or tracked.
Partner Support
- Leverages domain expertise and industry leading best practices in order to provide consultation during analysis and recommend optimal long term solution design.
- Collects, documents, manages, understands and communicates business and technical requirements for projects.
- Gathers MNC Partners needs on ADP product´s (ADP Celergo Portal). Translates those needs into Global Payroll requirements specifications and prioritization before submission to Product Management
- Works closely with project managers and Partners to obtain sign-off on functional specification.
- Collaborates with others to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Project Coordination:
- Understands project scope, timelines and budget and is able to recognize triple constraint risks and addresses or escalate appropriately.
- Provides status reports and updates to Project Manager and other project team members appropriately.
- Manages individual work stream work plan and is able to identify risks to plan. Ensure issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve.
- Collaborates with the Partner project team to ensure impact of decisions and approaches are viewed across the solution work streams.
- Has an understanding of dependencies and workflow intersections. Able to talk at a high level about the various components and the touch points between them.
Deployment / Technical Deployment
- Deploy new product / services to Partners
- Act as an SME on various functional and Technical topic regarding the HCM E2E solutions (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal)
- Ensures Partner technical adoption of the new requirements/solutions deployed
- Facilitate test case scenarios files and material to enable Partner to perform required testing of deployed solution
- Good understanding of Partners overall Payroll environment and constrains to determine applicable test cases specificities
- Validation of payroll solution and outcomes developments (required for deployed ADP new product/services)
- Create and define most appropriate methodology for technical deployment of ADP Product/solutions to partners
- Actively contribute to develop a release management plan and process impacting Partners
- Create and maintain required documentation to facilitate partner´s understanding and adoption of technical specifications of new product / solutions.
Data Dictionary Management
- Gathering of Partner requirements for new Data scope
- Analysis of Partner requirements understanding impact of the solution (e.g. to other ICPs and clients using it)
- Translate Partners needs into basic product requirement. Log and submit requests raised by partners for system enhancements
- Help prioritize internally the criticality of Partner requirements.
Support / Subject Matter Expert:
- Assist other staff members, ADP associates and Partner users on specific functional and technical issues within scope.
- Actively supports and seeks out opportunities to contribute to the knowledge of the team, Global Payroll Network, Partners, and other Business areas.
- Contributes to the development, maintenance and enforcement of standards, processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills:
- Broad and deep knowledge regarding functional and technical aspects of ADP product (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal).
- Strong understanding of different deployment methodologies — experience in deploying systems integration projects (Other type of projects are a plus)
- Ability to organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects. Demonstrable ability to bring assigned projects tasks to successful conclusion
- Able to manage day-to-day interactions with Partners and internal teams on complex projects/programs.
- Able to actively facilitate remotely in user-groups and business meetings
- High level of accountability and ownership to deliver against committed results and planning
- Strong analytical and problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English language. Additional languages are an advantage
- MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access).
- Service oriented and flexible attitude, self-motivated, self-managed
- International exposure and ability to work in a multinational environment
- Independent and proactive, sees end-to-end process/ big picture
- Adaptability to changes, can deal with ambiguity and unexpected changes

Nice to have:
- Able to understand/estimate Partner effort by analyzing requirements, and project plans, etc.
- Relevant HCM system set up, integration and/or implementation experience (Support Level: 2-4 Years).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education or experience.
