The Initiation Analyst is responsible for driving and accelerating the implementation process from order approval to transition to Service. The Initiation Analyst oversees multiple required actions including the collection and capture of accurate client data, update project management tools and support Implementaiton associates during the implementaiton project with the required implementation tasks.
In addition, the Initiation Analyst acts as a liaison and facilitator between implementaiton and all other internal stakeholders ( i.e. sales, service, tax and backing, data conversion, etc)..
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Coordinate pre-implementation activities with internal stakeholders in preparation for the client to begin their implementation with ADP. Leverages domain expertise in order to provide consultation during pre-implementation activities with both sales and implementation partners.
- Adhere to standard work, tools and approaches when implementing client solutions. Stays current and incorporates new approaches, tools and processes timely into work.
- Has an understanding of dependencies and workflow intersections across the implementation components. Able to speak at a high level about the various components of HCM and the touch points between them.
- Collaborates with all the internal stakeholder and Implementation project team to ensure that the impacts of decisions and approaches are viewed across the solution work streams.
- Delivers accurate internal guidance that follows internal standards.
- Builds relationships of trust and credibility with all internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent in education and experience is preferred
- Up to 1 year of directly related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision making and judgement/leadership skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills is required
- Project experience desired
- Understanding of implementation processes and methodology preferred
- Excellent Service and Results Orientation skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills and expert problem solving skills
