As Financial Analyst, you’ll be part of an integrated, dynamic, growing Finance organization within a Fortune 250 company. Our analysts serve core FP&A roles, craft deliverables for business partners in the field, and continually present valuable business insights to senior leadership. This role offers a very unique opportunity to build a strong foundation and grow within the very niche IT Finance arena. As a part of the Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) organization. The incumbent will be involved in the various aspects of IT financial management like planning, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, business case support, BU Allocations, ad-hoc requests and continuous improvement projects. Requires extreme diligence, ability to perform critical analysis, desire to learn and continuously improve. This role will contribute towards taking GETS finance into its next phase of evolution and requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy; and the drive to make our vision into reality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

• Create accurate quarterly financial forecasts using both proactive communication and data-driven modeling techniques that drive business decisions
• Ensure the accuracy of data loads into various systems
• Support the creation of an annual Operating Plan that aligns with strategic initiatives
• Perform activities related to close such as accruals, identify and correct discrepancies to ensure an accurate month end close
• Consistently provide actionable, forward-looking variance analysis focused on key business drivers as part of the monthly close process 
• Gain and maintain a full and in-depth understanding of GETS Allocation data model. Responsible for monthly and annual maintenance of all reference data (GL Code hierarchy, cost pools, tower/sub tower, business partners, IT leaders etc.).
• Perform ad hoc analyses (e.g. deep dive cost studies and strategic business cases) that support management in developing initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements 
• Develop new analytical packages and executing improvements in overall FP&A processes in order to simplify and enhance the organization 
• Effectively use financial applications to extract, aggregate, and analyze financial data and performance metrics
• Understand, interpret and communicate effectively to management and fellow team members
• Establish and maintain business partnering relationships with leadership in your respective field of ADP

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree,
• Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent 
• History of strong academic performance
• 0-3 years of Finance experience
• Very strong Excel skills
• Complex data analysis
