Developing and maintaining the confidence of the RS advisor channel is an essential component to the success of ADPRS. The Advisor Service Manager (ASM) role supports our financial advisors and associated client inquiries with a concentration in RS Advisor Services for both prospective advisors as well as high volume 401(k) centric advisors aligned to top broker dealer relationships across the industry. The ASM will demonstrate understanding, operational aptitude and application of advisor services to provide the highest quality experience; driving retention, growth, and ADP’s overall value proposition. The ASM is responsible for ensuring positive connections and communications with advisors, sales partners, and others in the organization within a continuous learning environment. The ASM will be a direct point of contact for our financial advisors to provide assistance on a day-to-day basis while also proactively reviewing their entire book of business with ADP to deliver optimal service, recommend value add features, and ensure we are positioned ahead of the competition to drive for maximum satisfaction, quality, and retention. Finally, the Advisor Service Manager will be directly partnered with our Sales Force and Retirement Channel Managers to promote growth of the advisor’s business with ADPRS, other ADP HCM products and services, as well as ensuring there are no service obstacles for the advisor’s mutual clients that would prohibit a growing and thriving relationship with us.
