Location: Home Office anywhere in EU or in Prague’s office (relocation support)
The main function of this role is to use SAP & ADP tools to provide technical solutions AND support clients & ADP payroll team. Work independently and cross functional (client, project), and ensure that technical solution is documented according to ADP processes and shared with the client & ADP teams (basis team, development, implementation, product, project services, HCM solutions) observing the Service Level Agreements. Actively provide guidance and support to peers.
-Technical support to clients (both internal and external) in SAP applications, including proper documentation, prioritization, design and solution cross clients, and billing compliance
-Independently troubleshoot and maintain system according to the client needs & legal changes
-Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend Product changes, enhancements or work-arounds to meet client requirements with coordination with local experts as Payroll team, Subject Matter Experts and APS
-Mentoring/coaching role in the Application Support Consultant team and participate on the cross country workshops to share knowledge respectively. Self-education of relevant new business thinking and technology solutions, SAP updates and testing
-Work on advanced-complexity solutions based on the ADP GV methodology & standards — mainly SAP tables and schema, PY & TM. Participate on the new Implementations or Projects as a senior member of the team
Skills and relevant work experience:
Communication skills: German and English upper intermediate or advanced (B2/C1 verbal and written)
-4+ years’ technical support experience in a SAP HR module
-User’s level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; strong time management
-Analytical, logical and methodological at an expert level
-Ability to work with multiple teams
-Customer service attitude focus on relationship at a partner’s level
-Expert technical user proficiency in SAP and its components (customizing tables, schemas, payslips adjustments, etc.)
-Focus on accuracy technical solution delivered to the client
-Expert level knowledge, meeting requirements based on skill matrix (CRM, ADP tools, legislation, soft skills)
