Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead QA Engineer at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Perform Quality Assurance ("QA") Lead responsibilities including, creating release test plans, performing environment preparation tasks and coordinating testing activities across the team. Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for payroll projects. Analyze file layout documents to understand business requirements and add/update test scenarios as needed. Perform testing, validate test results against requirements to ensure product/features meet design specifications and functionality requested by users, and publish results. Identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Participate in production support activities including, researching/troubleshooting issues identified in production, replicating issues in multiple environments, and communicating resolutions and workarounds to involved teams. Participate in Feature Mapping and SBE Mapping sessions to gain understanding of assigned features.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile/Scrum methodology; Web Services testing using SOAP UI/Ready API and Postman; SQL Databases, including Oracle or SQL Server; Jenkins; Perfecto; Rally; Jira; Cucumber; Selenium; Android studio; WebStorm; Sequel Pro; and Text Comparator.
