The End Point and Data Security Analyst will have a deep understanding of system and data protection threats plus mitigating controls. They will interact with peer Security areas, Data Privacy, global IT Teams, and end users to develop and enhance the end point and data security programs. Responsibilities Include:
• Develop, implement and operationalize risk based end point and data security programs and services. This includes defining goals, metrics, process, and supporting technology
• Support the comprehensive orchestration and automation solution to gain efficiencies throughout the incident response and technical security services lifecycles
• Maintain an expert level understanding of emergent and existing end point and data security threats plus effective mitigating controls
• Provide consulting to the business and IT to adhere with ADP’s end point and data security standards plus industry best practices
• Drive global end point and data security initiatives in line with GDPR and local Privacy requirements
• Continually improve end point security protective measures and provide for an active defense program
• Protect and control sprawl of unstructured data repositories that contain associate and client SPI
• Protect and direct sensitive data via authorized paths to external clients via network gateways, mail, or web.
• Implement, refine, and improve detection capabilities per ADP’s data classification policy and standards
• Analyze end point and data security control gaps to assess risk and prioritize remediation efforts
• Assess, report and track remediation of end point and data security control findings or exceptions
• Mentor and provide guidance for junior team members
