In this context, we are looking for:
A HRIS (Time & Activity Management) Customer Engineer H / F
Within the GTA Customer Service, your mission is to deliver the service in accordance with the contractual obligations. Expert in the field of Time Management & Activities, the Customer Engineer is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of a client portfolio on the Decidium service offer for which he is responsible. As such, he is the privileged interlocutor of the GTA Client leader. He is the guarantor of the perimeters of services and functions defined in the contract. He brings his expertise on the GTA module and its interactions in the HRIS:
Manages the customer relationship on a daily basis
Analyzes, processes and manages customer requests and accompanies the customer
Gives visibility on its commitments and customer expectations
Implements regulatory changes / developments.
Value his work and formalize it (Customer Deliverables)
Suggests ways to improve operational practices.
As part of a collective approach, it:
Keeps track of his actions (update in the CRM)
Communicates, shares with the different actors of ADP: MEO – SC Payroll – Others
Proposes stabilization interventions or projects with stakeholders
Proposes prioritization actions
As part of continuous improvement and service excellence, it
Actively contributes to process and interprocess improvement initiatives and the evolution of service models and trades
Actively contributes to business transformation projects.
Higher education Bac +4 / 5 in IT or HR, you have a minimum experience of 3 years on a similar position (Organization of working time). Your experience has allowed you to develop expertise in time management, Payroll production processes, knowledge of social legislation and labor law.
At ease on the relational level, you are oriented (e) customer. Your autonomy, rigor and sense of organization are undeniable assets to succeed in this position. You are comfortable in a technical environment (CRM, configuration …)
