Job Title: Lead QA Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead QA Engineer at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support for the development and delivery of ADP Payroll Innovation (Next Gen Payroll) software products. Write and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases for payroll software projects. Perform testing and validate test results against requirements to ensure software products and features meet design specifications. Identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the software testing process. Enter, review, and update software defects using defect tracking tools. Ensure software releases are timely certified.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile/Scrum methodologies; SQL Databases, including Oracle and SQL Server; Web Services testing using SOAP UI/Ready API and Postman; Sequel Pro; Text Comparator; Jenkins; Rally; JIRA; Automation test tools including, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkins, Protractor or Mercury Quality Center / QTP; and Developing and executing test scenarios to validate end-to-end payroll processing and quarter-end and year-end payroll processing.
