JOE: We do things quite a bit differently than you would see at other companies. For one, we're one of the very few teams that have all of our UX folks on the same team. That gives you great opportunity for growth. It gives you a great opportunity to try different things that maybe you hadn't thought of. And it avoids you from getting pigeonholed into maybe jobs in areas that you would otherwise wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to do.
