Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Norfolk, VA
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer in our Norfolk, VA location. Responsibilities: Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Work with project managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop software designs, including infrastructure specifications, software versions, and configurations. Review, revise, and streamline software Quality Assurance (QA) processes and shorten testing feedback loops. Integrate software designs into larger ecosystems and develop definitions for implementation and test procedures. Develop service-specific roadmaps for the development and implementation of software solutions. Define test strategies and approaches for software application test automation.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus eight (8) years of related experience.
