Responsibilities
As our Multi Country Sales Manager (Nordics) you will be representing ADP and all the multinational services and products that we can offer to our international clients. Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and make sure you close the deals.
You will be directly reporting to the Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales and will have tight relationships with other Global Enterprise Sales Managers and important stakeholders in the ADP organization.

- Proven ability to sell complex multinational software solutions, preferably in HCM/Payroll
- Driven by success, results, and overachieving; intrinsically motivated, personal integrity and positive attitude;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives
